With the new Mowhay, a new wood-fired oven and bakery and more accommodation, Trevenna has added more delights to its naturally beautiful weddings
Set amongst 142 acres of countryside, where the Tor-dotted horizons of Bodmin Moor meet sprawling expanses and wooded valleys, Trevenna offers a private and charm-filled setting for a wedding steeped in ambience and natural beauty. The cluster of barns offers a choice of locations to celebrate your love, from romantic garden ceremonies beneath the oak arbour and intimate affairs in the Threshing Barn to feasting in the light and airy Garden Venue with views across the grounds. The venue has now unveiled another space: the Mowhay.
Available for pre-wedding gatherings or ceremonies, along with a new bar for celebratory drinks and canapés, you can kickstart the party at the Mowhay before spilling into the Garden Venue for your wedding feast. Prepared in the Farm Kitchen with a new wood-fired oven and bakery, couples can relish lip-smacking breakfast, lunch and dinner menus in the new space, which comes complete with glorious views, outdoor seating and firepits for you and your guests to savour the setting.
From slow-cooked dishes to daily tunnel salads, puddings and bakery treats, the Farm Kitchen will delight tastebuds throughout your stay with fresh and delicious cuisine you'll be raving about long after the last morsel has been devoured.
What's more, the farmhouse is currently being renovated to sleep 11 guests, which means Trevenna will offer overnight accommodation for 45 guests throughout the barns and farmhouse from March 2024.
