Craft your own wedding rings and enjoy a brilliant discount
Designer-maker Corrinne Eira Evans is currently offering Wed readers a 15% discount on her 'Make Your Own Wedding Rings' workshops by using the code ‘WED15’ at the checkout when booking online or in the gallery.
Corrinne's workshops are ideal for couples keen to create their very own, one-of-a-kind pieces to wear and treasure a lifetime. Not only will you be building your own rings (and lives) together, but you’ll also be making precious memories of this pre-wedding chapter in the process.
Workshops take place in the fully equipped workshop at Moon & Moor in Okehampton’s Victorian Arcade on Dartmoor. Handcrafting all her jewellery –including the metals used in her workshops – from recycled and single mine origin silver and gold, Corrinne will provide both the materials and professional guidance throughout the day, with no prior experience necessary. Alternatively, if you have your own heirloom jewellery that you’d like melted and reformed into something new, let her know before booking.
“I have over 16 years of experience in the jewellery trade, so you will be in good hands,” says Corrinne, who is exhibiting at the prestigious Goldsmiths’ Fair. “I’ve had the pleasure of hosting this workshop for over nine years and seen many lovely couples create their very own rings; it really is such a special day,” she enthuses. The day runs from 10:30am-3/4pm and is for just one couple, so you’ll get Corrinne’s undivided attention. You'll first make a sample in silver (included in the workshop cost) before making your precious real rings in either 9ct or 18ct yellow, white or rose gold, 22ct yellow, palladium or platinum (at an additional cost).
