Four licensed ceremony spaces offer something for weddings of every size and style. The Palm House provides an intimate, light-filled setting for up to 20 guests, while the atmospheric Medieval Undercroft accommodates up to 70 beneath its historic stonework.

The elegant Ballroom offers another refined setting for up to 60 guests, while the magnificent Spanish Barn can accommodate ceremonies for up to 200. With its soaring beamed roof, tiled floor and centuries of history, the Grade I listed barn makes an unforgettable setting for exchanging vows.

Celebrate in the Spanish Barn

For couples planning the ceremony and reception in one place, the 800-year-old Spanish Barn provides an extraordinary blank canvas. Seating up to 200 for the wedding breakfast and accommodating up to 300 for the evening reception, its scale allows couples to create everything from an elegant candlelit feast to a vibrant party complete with live music, statement florals and a packed dance floor.

The barn is hired for a minimum of three days when used for both ceremony and reception, providing time for set-up, the wedding itself and take-down. Couples arrange their own catering and facilities, giving plenty of freedom to build the celebration around their own suppliers and ideas.

Step into the gardens

Beyond the historic buildings, Torre Abbey is wrapped in 18 acres of parkland and gardens. Seasonal planting, roses, dahlias, glasshouses and the atmospheric Abbey ruins provide a wealth of backdrops for photographs, while the gardens can also be hired for post-ceremony drinks receptions.
