South Devon's stunning new venue, Sturtlebury Barn provided the beautiful backdrop to this specially styled shoot, which showcases the sublime outdoors of the location alongside the gloriously rustic interiors to spellbinding effect.

 

Overlooking the River Avon, the barn is nestled in a valley affording jaw-dropping views while presenting an uber atmospheric space to celebrate your I Dos. Roam the great outdoors for a picturesque photo shoot as newly-weds - perfectly captured here amongst winding country lanes, blossom tree and rolling field.

 

Featuring reclaimed materials, the venue lends itself to a rustic themed wedding or stripped-back country style, reflected here with details including floral-inspired stationery, stone place names, and a smattering of natural foliage and leaf-coloured tealights.

 

Meanwhile, an art deco edge added a glamorous twist courtesy of gold crockery, patterned tableware and luxe accessories, with fabulous floristry that was both bright and muted: a pink rose wedding bouquet with an ombre effect was equally as eye-catching as the delicate peach tabletop blooms.

 

Then there's the bridal style. A flowing, draped sleeved gown oozed modern romance while a long-sleeved geometric lace bodice finished with a floral headband smacked of boho style. The overall look was one of modern minimalism and subtle embellishment, allowing the venue and its surrounds as much of the spotlight as all the other details for a wedding scene replete with natural beauty and atmosphere.
