Disco pop meets boogaloo in this vibrant and energetically styled shoot, which takes its inspiration from the eclectic funk dance aesthetic. Tablescapes bedecked with centrepieces of disco balls and bright floral arrangements positively scream party, while place settings pop with zesty orange hues and mini disco balls. A punchy colour scheme of hot pink, metallic silver, bright turquoise and deep blue carries the festival feel throughout.
Shot at Tremorna Farm in west Cornwall, rustic elements are woven into a range of features including the cake – a tiered confection boasting beautiful flower pressings – as well as the pared-back furniture and textured furnishings including bare wooden benches, a tipi arbour, hay bale seating and an open-sided marquee.
An edge of drama suffuses into the backdrop and venue spaces through stormy skylines, smoke bombs and statement lighting, with colourful flags lining the entrance to the marquee also serving to electrify the natural backdrop.
The couple’s outfits are both on-trend and coolly retro, the bride donning a dazzling sequin gown with side slit, cut-outs and deep-V neckline accessorised with a fresh floral fascinator for a boho finish.
