Tregenna turns 250!

Celebrating its remarkable 250-year anniversary this year, Tregenna Castle Resort is hosting a series of exciting events to mark this momentous occasion.

The historic resort has been an iconic venue and couple's top choice since its establishment in 1774, blending jaw-dropping views over St Ives Bay with a host of spaces and facilities that can be tailored to match your vision. This year will see and array of special events and initiatives to commemorate this historic milestone, from planting 250 trees on the 72-acre resort to special offers and competitions.  The champage will be flowing with a bottle given to the 250th guest to check in each month, while there will be limited-edition cocktails available in the Godrevy View restaurant and Olives bar. What's more, no less than 250 acts of kindness will be carried out by Tregenna staff as part of the hotel's aim of giving back to the community that has supported them for hundreds of years.

“2024 is going to be huge for us at Tregenna. We are all excited about celebrating 250 years of this special building, but the anniversary means much more than that," says Operations Director James Parker. “Rather than only looking backwards and reflecting on what has come before, we are using this as an opportunity to safeguard our resort, community and environment for the future. We have been here for 250 years, and we want to keep going for another 250 (at least!).”
