After an initial consultation and tasting session, each creation is custom-designed, baked and decorated to suit your individual preferences. Whether you envision a smattering of delectable cupcakes, a giant brownie tower or a multiple-tier extravaganza fusing flavours, textures and colours, she'll lovingly handcraft something bespoke to suit. 

 

'I like to make cakes that are as individual as my clients,' says Tanya. 'Each individual leaf, lacework detail or petal is handmade here in my kitchen with a high attention to detail,' she enthuses, adding that she can recreate your favourite cake, design one entirely from scratch, or adjust a previously commissioned creation to complement your colour scheme and theme.
