Why couples choose Hatch Marquee Hire

Few wedding spaces offer as much freedom as a marquee. Whether you’re planning a laid-back celebration on a family farm, an elegant country house wedding or a party overlooking the coast, Hatch Marquee Hire can create a structure designed around the setting, guest list and atmosphere you have in mind.

The Devon-based team has extensive experience of marquee weddings across the South West, working in everything from gardens and fields to more challenging locations. Their adaptable modular system allows marquees to be configured around the site, helping couples make the most of spectacular views and unusual spaces.

Find your style

For a sleek and versatile setting, Hatch’s frame marquees provide a blank canvas for styling the celebration your way. Clear-roof sections can flood the space with daylight and bring the sky overhead after dark, while clear sides allow surrounding coast or countryside to become part of the backdrop.

Couples looking for a softer, more romantic aesthetic can opt for a sailcloth marquee, bringing an elegant under-canvas feel to outdoor celebrations.

From vintage and festival-inspired weddings to contemporary, classic and coastal celebrations, the flexibility of the structures means the finished space can take on an entirely different character depending on how it is styled.

Make it your own

Once the structure is in place, Hatch can help with the details that transform it into a fully functioning wedding venue. Tables and chairs, bars, dance floors, lighting, flooring and other furnishings can all be incorporated into the design, helping everything work together visually and practically.

The team can also arrange additional essentials such as generators and toilets on a couple’s behalf, coordinating their installation alongside the marquee so there are fewer suppliers and logistics to manage.

Built around your setting

One of Hatch’s particular strengths is adapting a marquee to its surroundings. Their frame structures are available in different widths and can be configured to suit spaces that might initially seem challenging – the team has previously installed marquees across multiple levels, on steep hills and even over water.

That flexibility opens up exciting possibilities for couples with a favourite piece of land or a location with a spectacular outlook, allowing the marquee to work with the landscape rather than simply sitting within it.
