Behind the scenes at Holly Young Millinery's new studio

After eight years of working from a studio in central Truro, Holly Young Millinery has moved to the stunning Roseland Peninsula - and here's a beautiful sneak peek inside her gorgeous new studio.

"My millinery studio serves many purposes, it's where people visit to see my headwear designs, where brides and mother of the bride clients come for one-to-one outfit consultations, a place for me to teach hat making workshops and where all my pieces are hand made," says Holly.

"It can often be a very busy place. When the space is quiet and I'm on my own it's a place where I can truly be creative, it's my sanctuary and where the millinery magic happens. I wanted to document my processes of my work and share some of that magic with you, to take you on a journey into my world."

Situated in an old butcher's shop, the large windows of the shop front give a hint to the light and airy space inside. Holly's new studio is minutes from the beach, situated in the little village of Veryan, allowing her to continue to be inspired by the countryside and coastline around her.

Make an appointment to visit Holly's new studio and view her gorgeous collection of headdresses, hairvines and fascinators, not to mention tiaras, crowns, brooches and more.
