The light-filled Music Room hosts ceremonies for up to 160 guests. Large bay windows frame views across the countryside, while elegant chandeliers and feature fireplaces bring grandeur to the setting.

For a more intimate ceremony, the Billiard Room seats up to 80 guests and combines a statement fireplace with views of the courtyard gardens.

Outdoor ceremonies take place beneath the manor’s ornate stone archway, with guests seated in the courtyard overlooking Blagdon Lake. If the weather changes, the indoor rooms provide an equally beautiful alternative.

After the vows, drinks and canapés can be served in the wood-panelled lounge and gallery, on the panoramic balcony or outside in the gardens and courtyard.

Celebrate in the Music Room

The Music Room can accommodate up to 160 guests for the wedding breakfast before welcoming as many as 200 for the evening party.

Its large windows fill the room with natural light and maintain the connection with the surrounding landscape. Later, the space transforms for music and dancing, with facilities for a DJ or live band.

Coombe Lodge’s in-house chefs prepare wedding menus using carefully selected produce from Bristol and the wider South West. Couples can tailor their food and drinks around the character of their celebration, from canapés and a formal wedding breakfast to relaxed evening food.

Stay overnight

Twelve individually designed en-suite bedrooms are reserved exclusively for the couple and their closest guests.

Three retain original Art Deco-influenced bathrooms, while the remaining rooms feature spacious wet rooms, walk-in showers and, in some cases, freestanding baths.

The following morning, overnight guests can gather for a private breakfast prepared with locally sourced ingredients.
