Celebrating a decade of love, Kate and Bob Boothby of Millbrook Estate and Treetop Escape have been hosting weddings at their beyond-beautiful Devon venue for ten fabulous years.
Located deep in the north Devon countryside, Millbrook presents picture postcard at its most picturesque. Specialising in elopement weddings for couples and up to four guests in their stunning Summer House, expect nothing but the lap of luxury and privacy in the most sublime surrounds as you say “I Do” in inimitable style. The estate sits in a scenic valley comprising 32 acres of mature woodland, wildflower meadows and lakes, combining natural beauty with luxury accommodation and first-rate service for a wedding replete with the wow factor. Whether you’re dreaming of a summer runaway affair or cosy winter wedding, the team works tirelessly to ensure your vision becomes a spectacular reality.
Then there’s Treetop Escape, which is nestled amongst Millbrook’s sprawling rural estate. A haven of tranquillity, couples can wed in The Nest – an exclusive intimate venue for up to 14 guests that floats above the canopy, which is linked via a wooden walkway to the larch-clad Tree House: an idyllic space to stay and savour the surrounds. The five-star retreat boasts two en-suite bedrooms, expansive open space lounge/diner and designer kitchen alongside a hot tub on the floating balcony (as well as those to-die-for views), making it the perfect place to spend your first night as newly weds, lavish in a romantic couple’s retreat, or escape for a heavenly honeymoon amongst the trees.
