Tickle your taste buds with a spot of amuse bouche before diving into starters of seared scallops, Cornish Blue cheese beignet or crispy confit duck leg followed by char grilled rib eye, coq au vin, pan-fried wild sea bass or parmesan gnocchi. Complete the feast with a selection of local Cornish cheeses or a decadent dessert sharer of chocolate dipped strawberries, white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake, caramel eclair and Kaluha milkshake.
