Spread across two floors and spanning 200m2, it features four en suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living area, two outdoor terraces, and a private pool measuring 36m2.
Elegant and one-of-a-kind, it is named after the rare black swan found in the surrounding waters of the hotel.
