Exclusive wedding venue Pengenna Manor in North Cornwall has announced a brand new addition to its accommodation offering: Watergate. Nestled on the edge of the Estate - conveniently just 5 minutes walk from the Manor - the delightful four bedroom house is set in three gorgeous acres of gardens, providing a fabulous space for extra members of your wedding party to stay.
The light and airy house is situated on the valley side with the main windows having a southerly facing aspect looking out on to the stunning grounds. Over the last year it has been extensively renovated and is now ready to accommodate family and friends for a three day, two night stay on a self catering basis.
The four bedrooms comprise the master en suite, a double bedroom interconnected with a large bunk bedroom, and a twin bedroom - all serviced by the brand new family shower room and accessed via two staircases. The kitchen features a traditional Aga-style cooker, slate flooring and has a high vaulted ceiling with exposed A-frames, while the dining room flows into the uber spacious sitting room with views overlooking the garden and 3 acres of grounds begging to be explored beyond.
