25ml Devon Cove Vodka

50ml Luscombe Damascene Rose Bubbly

Top with The Uncommon's Bubbly White Wine

Method

Lovingly combine a single shot of Devon Cove Vodka with a double of Luscombe's Damascene Rose Bubbly, into a wine or Champagne glass. Top with The Uncommon's Bubbly White Wine and garnish with love (and a thin slice of grapefruit).

If you fancy being a little adventurous, squeeze a grapefruit peel over the top of the drink to express its natural oils and give this drink a delightful citrus bouquet.

25ml Devon Distillery SloeD Gin

25ml Lemon Juice

Top with Luscombe's Wild Elderflower Bubbly

Highball

Method

Mix both gins in a cocktail shaker full of ice and add freshly squeezed lemon juice. Give this a brief little shake and pour into a highball glass with ice, and top with Luscombe's Wild Elderflower Bubbly. Add a nice slice of lemon and serve. 

Top Tip

If you don't have a cocktail shaker to hand you can still build this drink in the glass, just give it a nice stir to mix the lemon.
