Game of Thrones wedding inspiration

Whether you're a fan of the hit television series, which is now in the last-season throes of its fever-pitch finale, or fancy channeling some Medieval style looks during your wedding day, Game of Thrones is an inspired sartorial muse.

Brides can borrow from the theme by selecting a single feature or opt for head-to-toe top-trending mimicry as they discover their inner Daenerys to create an entirely bespoke look.

From beautiful braids and bejewelled headwear to accessories with a regal edge - think floor-sweeping sheer capes complete with 3D florals and luxe fur stoles - it's all beautifully reminiscent of the Kingdom of the North and the wild landscapes that surround it.

Pick flowers in ice-like tones for a sense of beyond-the-wall Night King frostiness, while warmer tones like dusky pinks worn as hot-off-the-runway bridal separates throw some modernity into the mix.

Then there's the decor. Bring the windswept outdoors in with foliage and add extra ambience with goblets, candles and props such as swords to mirror the show's infamous reception space of The Red Wedding.
