INGREDIENTS COUNTRY GARDEN 10

Method
1. Measure the quantity of each juice you would like based on personal taste.
Here, we are using 750ml of rhubarb and apple juice and 250ml of elderflower juice. We have used two drops of food colouring to keep the natural colours of the juices coming through.

2. Once the juices are mixed well and you are happy with the colour, pour into the ice lolly moulds.

3. Put the lids on to each mould and then pop the wooden sticks into place. Freeze for five-six hours and they will be ready to serve.
