Situated near Ottery St Mary, the 30-acre rural retreat comprises a cluster of character-filled buildings, from the gorgeously lit barn with exposed beams and floor-to-ceiling windows framing views across the grounds, to the farmhouse, which accommodates 10, and the Hobbit House, a quirky-cool honeymoon hideaway set in its own garden overlooking the woodland and meadows. There are also shepherd’s huts, giant Lotus Belle tents and overflow camping for larger guest lists. For vows immersed in nature, you may choose to hold your ceremony in the willow ‘cathedral’ – a magical hilltop setting found along meandering flower-filled paths – or the secluded silver birch ‘church’ – a secluded woodland spot where you can marry, feast or take your first dance beneath a leafy canopy.
