A sustainable and stylish setting for an intimate wedding
Nestled within 26 acres of rolling Cornish countryside, where wildflower meadows tumble into leafy valleys and engine houses rise above colourful hedgerows, The Cornish Place is the epitome of secluded charm. Reached via a winding country lane, it feels like stumbling upon one of Cornwall’s best-kept secrets.
Blending rustic romance with contemporary elegance, The Cornish Place provides an idyllic setting for intimate weddings of up to 24 guests. Surrounded by nature, the venue is proudly B Corp certified, recognising its commitment to supporting the local economy, rewilding the farm and encouraging environmentally conscious celebrations. At the heart of owners Andi and Adam Freeman’s vision is creating luxury wedding and holiday experiences that protect the landscape while championing an ethical, local supply chain.

Sustainability is woven into every aspect of the venue. Since 2020, more than 2,000 trees have been planted across the farm, while every couple is gifted a tree to plant as a lasting reminder of their wedding day. Produce is sourced locally wherever possible, with vegetables grown on-site and eggs supplied by the resident chickens. The venue also champions renewable energy through air source heat pumps, offers electric vehicle charging, draws its own Cornish spring water from a borehole, recycles waste locally and supports the Kehelland Trust.
Whether it’s the golden glow of summer or the wild romance of winter, The Cornish Place offers a beautiful setting in which to celebrate, surrounded by nature while leaving a lighter footprint as you begin married life together.
