Svendsen Jewellery draws on inspiration from both its Scandinavian roots and Cornish origins to create strikingly elegant jewellery. Based in West Cornwall, head designer and maker Stine Ingvoldstad Svendsen is hugely inspired by the rugged landscape and coastline of her home, while the clean geometric shapes and minimalist design of her pieces nod to her Norwegian homeland.

It is a minimal environmental impact, however, which lies at the heart of the brand. Stine uses ethical materials and methods, such as Fairtrade/Fairmined or recycled silver, Canada Mark diamonds and traceable gemstones. “Our aim is to be as ethically and environmentally responsible as we can,” she explains. “All Svendsen Jewellery is designed and handcrafted in Cornwall using either 925 sterling silver (Fairmined or Ecosilver where possible) or 18ct Fairtrade/Fairmined gold.”

Choose from the Tanngard or Iskoras collections, or commission a bespoke piece – the perfect option for couples wanting to merge their individual stamp with Stine’s for a unique piece of jewellery. You might want to complete your bridal ensemble with a pair of gold and amethyst studs or a diamond necklace, gift your bridesmaids a silver geometric bracelet or opt for matching wedding bands with a distinctive knife edge or v-shaped profile. With distinctive designs to pore over or customise in a range of metals and finishes, you’re bound to find ‘the one’ amongst Svendsen’s beautifully earth-kind collection.
