There's something incredibly romantic about marrying on the western tip of Cornwall. From the golden days of summer to the grey, blustery days of winter, the backdrop of rugged cliffscape and endless Atlantic offers a captivating sense of drama, freedom and enchantment - just the two of you, immersed in your love story against nature's breathtaking canvas.
"I curated and shot this styled shoot based around the concept of a couple running away to the wild west of England to elope," says photographer Suzanne Johnson. "Colour themes of sumptuous crimson and gold with lush velvet textures are set against the rugged Cornish coastline."
Elopement venue BoHo Cornwall serves as the backdrop. The rich hues, tumbling red curls and warm glow of candlelight contrast beautifully with the grey and desolate landscape, as do the gowns, ranging from snug textured separates to a delicately beaded design. Witnessed only by the soaring gulls and crashing waves, the pair look into each other's eyes and are intertwined forever as husband and wife.
