Award-winning Flowers by Blossom & Kelp

Fresh from being crowned National Wedding Florist of the Year 2026 at The Wedding Industry Awards, Blossom & Kelp brings an artful, nature-led approach to wedding flowers. Founder Rachel Millson-Hill combines a background in design and illustration with a love of colour, texture and form to create florals that are organic, relaxed and full of life.

Based on the Cornish coast, Rachel draws inspiration from the surrounding landscape – from rugged cliffs to shifting skies – shaping arrangements that feel both distinctive and deeply connected to place. “Designs are natural, seasonal, a little wild, and sourced as much as possible from local, sustainable Cornish growers,” she explains. “I see floristry as painting with flowers.”

Rachel often weaves seasonal blooms with berries, seed heads, grasses and textured foliage, creating a softly undone, natural style. Sustainability underpins every element of the process: green waste is composted, single-use materials are avoided, and alternatives such as agrawool replace traditional floral foam.
