Introducing a stunning new addition to this charm-filled intimate venue

Nestled amidst 26 acres of rolling Cornish countryside, where wildflower meadows slip into leafy valleys and engine houses rise above colourful hedgerows, The Cornish Place is the definition of secluded charm. Arriving via its winding country lane feels like stumbling upon a beautifully kept secret.

Once a working dairy farm, the property has been thoughtfully transformed by owners Andi and Adam Freeman into a tranquil retreat steeped in natural beauty. At its heart lies a Mediterranean-style courtyard encircled by a collection of individually styled cottages. Each one is rich in character and comfort, with wood-burning stoves, private gardens and hot tubs overlooking endless countryside vistas. It’s a place to greet the sunrise with coffee in hand and end the day stargazing under the vast Cornish skies.

Perfectly balancing rustic romance and contemporary elegance, The Cornish Place offers an idyllic setting for an intimate wedding. Designed for celebrations for up to 24 guests, couples can say “I do” in the rustic charm of the Woodshed, the cosy intimacy of the Piggery, the stunning new Glasshouse or outdoors amidst fields in bloom.

Afterwards, toast the moment with a sun-dappled meadow picnic and cocktails at the bar beneath the glow of festoon lights. Or gather loved ones for a candlelit feast in the Glasshouse – a striking new space with views of the leafy grounds, infused with warmth, light and magic all year round. Whether it’s the golden haze of summer or the wild romance of winter, this captivating sanctuary offers a dreamy backdrop to begin your forever.
