Looking for some oh-so pretty pared-back inspiration? Look no further than this recently styled shoot at Rockbeare Manor, whose minimalist elegance presents a fresh, spring-like take on wedding decor.
Taking full advantage of Rockbeare's natural light-filled spaces and gorgeous surrounding scenery, the shoot was photographed by Mark from Evolve Photography. With the floristry and accessories deployed as the main focal points, each element followed a striking, yet subtle palette of botanical green and pure white: one of wedding world's most-wanted colour schemes.
Beth at Ditsy Blooms (based in Budleigh Salterton) created the eye-catching floral arrangements, which included white larkspur, antirrhimum and astilbe on the mantles alongside gorgeous displays of scented roses, spray roses, white hypericum and eucalyptus accented with beautiful blue thistles.
The three-tiered cake was the confection of baker extraordinaire, Claire Makes Cakes, who is renowned for her bespoke creations, sense of artistry and moreish flavours. The stunning combination of hand painted flowers and handcrafted sugar flowers finished with a textural velvet ribbon is wonderfully sense-spoiling and perfectly complements the overall scene.
Cohesiveness of style was achieved by Tracy at Keeping it Vintage, who provided the tableware, décor and props. A sense of entrance and romantic ambience was achieved through the silver hurricane lamps and gold geometric lanterns with greenery that lined the aisle of Rockbeare's Dining Room, while the tabletops were adorned with stunning glass and vintage brass candlesticks and silver beaded charger plates for a dining space with a hint of timeless decadence.
