Wild and natural, yet full of bloom and beauty, the flowers take centre stage in this styled shoot. Peaches and dusky pinks keep the styling calm and tranquil, while the darker greens of the foliage amongst the wild flowers bring a contemporary vibe amid the earthy tones.
The stationery has a fun feel, with curved edges in an in-vogue typeface, which echo the rustic-luxe surrounds of the venue. Sustainability is woven throughout the shoot, with Mount Pleasant Eco Park being “a brilliant, affordable alternative venue for forward-thinking, green-leaning couples”, says photographer Isabella White, who organised the shoot. “Having planet-friendly suppliers is a trend that will only grow in momentum for many brides who are interested in getting wed in Cornwall.”
Details such as wooden benches, soft candlelight and tendrils of loosely pinned hair all add to the sense of serenity, with luxe touches including velvet ribbons and the bride’s delicate hair piece. The bride, dreamy in her barely-there sleeves and flowing tulle skirt, is simply radiant; her bold silver jewellery adding to the modern aesthetic, while her groom is dapper in brown and grey check. The love is palpable; the look is divine.
