Created to showcase Birdie, the fabulous campervan photo booth, the team of creatives embraced all things Vegas: crushed velvet love hearts, a retro record player and perfectly contrasting pastel blooms. “I've always been into kitsch retro and Vegas vibes,” explains Kitty Orme of Birdie Photobooth & Prop Hire. “I saw our Birdie pink campervan as the perfect replacement to the classic Vegas pink Cadillac from the White Chapel.”
Every detail was chosen to bring playful, stylish energy to the scene – and the cakes showcase this beautifully. “I incorporated lots of frills and ruffle vintage piping, over-the-top accessories and bright red cherries to give the cakes a real Vegas flair,” says Lily of The Imaginary Bakery.
The flowers, meanwhile, soften the classic Vegas aesthetic. “Instead of the traditional bold pinks and reds, I opted for a gentler palette – pastel pinks and baby blues – evoking cotton candy and fluffy clouds,” says Perdie Griffith of Perdie’s Flowers. “The goal was to introduce a youthful elegance and playful charm that felt fresh and unexpected.”
Set in the heart of the Cornish countryside, Frieda & The Moon was the perfect backdrop. With its retro blue windows and cosy chapel cabins, this unique venue offered the ideal mix of charm and character.
The bridal looks are handmade, high-impact and made for movement – from a sparkling sequin party dress to a puff-sleeved mini. Hair and make-up keep the mood effortlessly glam, with glossy skin, defined eyes and a nod to vintage beauty.
“This shoot is bold, playful and unapologetically fun,” concludes stylist Jess Baber of Tide the Knot Wedding Planning & Styling. “With a heavy dose of Vegas retro charm, we brought in disco balls, punchy florals and glitzy details. From the confetti explosion to the fashion-forward style, this shoot channels that just married in Vegas energy.”
