Fancy something floral? Today's styles are abloom with dazzling petal-inspired designs that combine haute couture and boho whimsy to show-stopping effect.
Though floral embellishments are nothing new, they remain tantalisingly en vogue by being constantly reworked, providing the perfect platform for some sartorial personalisation.
Opt for an all-over blossoming with hand-stitched 3D buds and petals, bold and vibrant prints, or elaborate floral lace and appliqués cascading from the bodice to the skirt. Infuse some colour with delicate blush tones or ramp up the wow factor with bright and opulent patterns that transform your gown into a dynamic piece of art.
You might prefer a single nod to the trend with a giant silk corsage, or adopting a subtle take on the trend via vine-like embroidery or leaf motifs. The beauty is that you can pick a gown to match your venue, style or season, or adapt 'the one' with a few floral embellishments for an ensemble as on trend as it is gorgeously bespoke.
Consider (detachable) sleeves alongside dramatic floral trains and veils, or add an overskirt with flowery detail. And remember there's always the accessories to play with and enhance your look: think dried flower crowns, customised hair vines, printed heels (or an ivory rose silk shoe clip) and botanical jewellery designs for the most fabulous of new florals.
