A sense of uncertainty continues to reign, leaving both couples and the wedding industry in a perplexing place. But we hope, within these pages, that we can turn your thoughts to the future ' to the love that you've found, to the joyful celebrations that lie ahead, and to the togetherness that now seems more precious than ever.
It certainly lifted our spirits to see the first socially distanced weddings taking place in Devon. In our feature, 'Love in the time of Covid-19', we share the stories of some of the first couples to exchange vows after lockdown, from Emily and Ben's wedding at Ash Barton Estate and Signe and Hugh's celebrations in Shaldon. We also hear other life-affirming love stories from across the county, from Laura and Matt's virtual ceremony to the loved-up couples who got engaged during lockdown.
