Flexibility lies at the heart of weddings at Tregedna. The venue offers a blank canvas rather than a fixed package, giving couples the freedom to select their caterer, bar, entertainment and other suppliers without restrictions.

The two function spaces allow different parts of the wedding to be prepared separately. One room can host the ceremony while the other remains styled and ready for the wedding breakfast, avoiding the need for a major turnaround during the drinks reception.

Its position between coast and countryside also brings plenty of variety, combining the privacy of a rural venue with the sandy shores of Maenporth nearby.

Marry in The Loft

The romantic Loft is a converted traditional barn with exposed beams and space for ceremonies ranging from approximately 15 to 90 guests. Fully licensed for civil marriages and partnerships, it can be dressed with flowers, fabric, bunting or lights to suit each couple’s vision.

The Barn provides another flexible space for ceremonies and celebrations, while the garden can accommodate a personalised celebrant-led ceremony beneath the open sky.

After the vows, guests can move outside for drinks and garden games while the newlyweds explore the grounds or head to Maenporth Beach for coastal photographs.

Celebrate in the Barn

The main Barn comfortably seats between 90 and 100 guests for the wedding breakfast, increasing to 150 for the evening party. Its open-plan interior can be transformed to suit anything from a rustic feast to a colourful contemporary celebration.

Couples may choose their own caterer and bar provider, opening the door to traditional wedding breakfasts, sharing menus, street food, wood-fired pizza or other more informal options.

The lawn and outdoor areas create additional space for drinks, games and food vans. Couples can also introduce a marquee, outdoor bar or other features to create a relaxed garden-party or festival feel.

Stay near Maenporth Beach

Two nights of accommodation for 24 guests are included with the venue hire, typically running from Friday to Sunday for a Saturday wedding.

The ground-floor accommodation includes a mixture of dormitory-style rooms with full-size bunk beds and further rooms combining double beds and bunks. It is particularly well suited to groups of friends and family wishing to stay together.

Additional nights can be arranged, while Tregedna Farm also has camping and touring facilities for guests who would like to remain nearby.
