The terraces and gardens also offer beautiful surroundings for a celebrant-led ceremony, drinks reception or confetti moment beneath the open sky.

The Ballroom can host wedding breakfasts for up to 96 guests, with the state rooms providing space for drinks, conversation and quieter moments throughout the day.

During the warmer months, celebrations can flow onto the rose and parterre terraces. The gardens and surrounding parkland provide a wealth of photographic backdrops, from formal planting and historic architecture to open countryside.

Couples planning a larger or more outdoor-focused reception can also host a marquee celebration on the lawn. Evening parties of up to 130 guests can be held inside the house, with an in-house bar and space for music and dancing.
