Opting for a relaxed theme that reflected the couple's travelling adventures along with their recent move to Dubai, the decor featured handmade map-themed table settings, which were named after places the pair had visited together.
"Our cake incorporated this travel theme as well, as it was suitcases stacked on top of each other," adds Jade. "One of our friends picked up the Dubai guide off the cake thinking it was a real book - it was only when he went to flick through that he realised it was icing!"
Clutching a gorgeous bouquet of dusty pink roses woven amongst seasonal greenery, Jade made her way down the aisle to the ambient sounds of pianist
Charlie Myers.
"The vows and the readings are all such a blur. We read 'I Promise' by Dorothy R. Colgan and I laughed and cried my whole way through the ceremony," she recalls.
After being announced as husband and wife, the newly-weds made their memorable walk up the aisle together before disappearing off for some downtime. "Our confetti was beautiful as we walked back up the aisle and seeing all the family and friends I haven't seen for so long was amazing," says Jade.
Meanwhile, guests tucked into canapes including miniature scones with clotted cream and jam, mini Yorkshire puddings with roast beef and mini Cornish pasties ahead of the "chilled" barbecue.
Chargrilled mackerel, beef burgers, lamb kebabs, mini jacket potatoes and a smattering of sides was followed by a delicious trio of desserts: berry and cream pavlova, double chocolate mousse and lemon tart.
The speeches proved another emotional experience for everyone involved and remain in Jade's memory as a personal highlight from her day.
"My dad was so nervous but his speech was the most beautiful thing in the world, everyone in the room was crying!" says Jade. "And Sal's speech was so emotional, I'm surprised I didn't cry all my make-up off!" she laughs.
