Emma Matthews Singer

Emma Matthews is a classically trained singer and pianist and plays for both wedding ceremonies and receptions across Devon and Cornwall. She has a versatile repertoire and specialises in acoustic pop, musical theatre and classical music. Live music adds a unique and memorable touch to your day, creating a beautiful atmosphere for you and your guests. Your wedding is completely unique to you; each wedding has a completely different feel and Emma can play a range of styles of complement the day.

Emma will perform up to four songs for your ceremony, either in church or at your licensed venue: one for the entrance of the bride, one or two during the signing of the register and one for the recessional. For church services she can also lead the congregational hymns.

At the reception, she can perform an acoustic set while you mingle with guests at your drinks reception, throughout your wedding breakfast and as your evening guests arrive. 

You choose the musical style and let Emma know any songs you would love to hear. She will create a set list to include these songs and can also create a bespoke arrangement of your favourite song to add that special touch.

You can hire Emma to play as a singer-pianist, a solo singer with backing tracks or a solo pianist. You can even choose a mixture of these options for different parts of your ceremony or reception.
