Marry in the barn or garden

Indoor ceremonies take place in the historic threshing barn, where stone walls, exposed beams and soft lighting create a warm and atmospheric backdrop.

Outside, the wooden arbour overlooks the pond and surrounding greenery. Wildflowers, orchard trees and Cornish hedgerows frame the space, making it particularly beautiful for spring and summer ceremonies.

After the vows, guests can gather in the courtyard for drinks and canapés while the barn is prepared for the wedding breakfast. The orchard, pond and traditional buildings also provide varied settings for photographs throughout the day.

Feast and celebrate

The Main Barn accommodates up to 90 guests for a wedding breakfast before welcoming as many as 150 for the evening party. Its rustic interior works as a natural backdrop for a wide range of styling, from pared-back greenery to rich autumnal colour and candlelight.

Knightor’s in-house chefs create menus centred around seasonal ingredients and Cornish produce. Couples can tailor the food to suit their celebration, with dietary, cultural and lifestyle requirements accommodated.

As a working winery, drinks are an important part of the experience. Knightor’s own English wines, sparkling wines, vermouths, spritzes and cocktails can be served alongside a wider selection from the fully stocked bar.

Live music and DJs are welcome, with celebrations continuing until midnight on weekdays and 1am on Saturdays.

Onsite accommodation sleeps up to 20 guests across the Manor House, Orchard Barn Honeymoon Suite and three Shepherd’s Huts.

The six-bedroom Manor House sleeps 12 and provides self-catering facilities for family or friends. Each Shepherd’s Hut sleeps two, offering a cosy countryside retreat, while the vaulted Orchard Barn gives the newlyweds a private honeymoon suite and a peaceful place to prepare before the ceremony.

Camping and bell-tent accommodation can also be arranged, while further hotels, guest houses and holiday properties are available within a short drive.
