Brand New Spa at Boringdon Hall

Boringdon Hall is one of Devon's most exclusive and historic country hotels. A rural idyll near Plymouth, the Elizabethan manor house and gorgeous grounds provide a truly magical wedding day setting. What's more, with a multi-million pound spa development under way to create the biggest facility of its kind in the whole of the south west - and one of the largest in the UK - Boringdon Hall is nothing short of utterly brilliant.
Named after the ancient Greek goddess of the earth, the Gaia Spa will open next year and has been specially designed to set the benchmark for innovative treatments focussing on health and wellbeing.
In development are a range of own-brand natural products, made almost exclusively from local plants and herbs, which will complement additional ranges from some of the world's leading names in spa and wellness.
A unique new facility for hotel guests and a destination spa for the county itself, Gaia will house 12 treatment rooms, a deep relaxation area, heat treatment facilities, a state-of-the-art gym, a 14-metre swimming pool, thermal pool and a restaurant. Among its most innovative offerings will be open air treatments in the surrounding meadows that will offer guests a totally new sensory experience.
A strikingly modern building constructed of glass, wood and stone, the spa will harmonise with the hotel's Elizabethan architecture to provide a first rate and fabulous addition to the incredible venue.
