Holne Park House Hosts Wedding Open Day

Holne Park House, near Ashburton, is holding a Wedding Open Day for prospective brides and grooms and their families next month.
The free event on Sunday 9 February will showcase the 19th century mansion house as an exceptional wedding venue and provide inspiration to anyone planning a wedding.
Holne Park House is part of the River Dart Country Park estate and is situated on the picturesque southern slopes of Dartmoor amongst 90-acres of ancient woodland.
Mark Simpson, owner of Holne Park House, said: "There are few backdrops as dramatic as Dartmoor and when you combine it with the facilities at Holne Park House; we believe we offer the perfect setting for weddings. Our February Open Day is a great chance to view the venue for yourselves. The rooms will be laid out ready for a
wedding; you will be able to sample canapes and peruse the food and drinks menu. Our wedding team will be on hand to answer any questions and provide assistance with your big day."
Holne Park House is also offering couples the chance to Win a Wedding with a prize worth more than £5,000. The competition is now open for entries and runs until 5pm on Monday 17th February. Further prizes
have recently been added to the already considerable package, and these include:
• Bridal makeup with a complimentary free trial
• A discount on bridal nails
• Money off a range of wedding gowns or bridesmaid dresses
• A discount on a DJ for the evening entertainment
