Nestled in woodland and festooned with ferns and wild flowers, the only sounds are those of the bubbling river and melodic birdsong. Bordered by Dartmoor National Park, this intimate idyll feels light years away from urban life, yet is just outside of Tavistock and close to the coastal city of Plymouth.
Perfect for those yearning for a romantic garden wedding with a stylish, contemporary and completely personal twist, this eco-luxe venue will delight even the most discerning of wedding parties. A stunning 18th century honeymoon cottage; a beautifully styled retreat with vaulted ceilings, a two-person free-standing bath and a sumptuous bedroom suite opening onto a wisteria-covered deck, awaits the couple and key members of the wedding party. Ceremonies take place in the oak-framed barn and guests are free to roam the surrounding valley, terraces, deck and lawns for the most personal of receptions.
Ever After is also exceedingly environmentally conscious and works alongside the abundant natural wildlife with a free minibus service to transport guests to and from the venue to reduce its carbon footprint. Ever After weddings are only available between May and September, and as this venue has only just become available, brides and grooms are encouraged to undertake viewings as soon as possible to ensure a date for the most extraordinary of weddings.
