Polhawn Fort offers free wedding for a couple affected by Thomas Cook

Following the recent closure of holiday provider Thomas Cook, Polhawn Fort has offered to step in and help realise the dreams of one lucky couple who will be able to wed at the breath-taking clifftop venue for free.
Any couples whose plans to wed have been dashed by Thomas Cook can apply to stage their wedding at Polhawn Fort in November, which - with its own beach and sweeping views of Whitsand Bay - provides a dream destination for couples celebrating their wedding by the sea.
Polhawn Fort offers couples the freedom to plan their wedding exactly how they wish, with the support of their team of experienced wedding professionals, and includes luxurious accommodation for up to 24 guests within the gorgeous Victorian Fort.
"We are able to give one couple this chance to realise their dreams of getting married in a beautiful location in 2019,' said owners John and Teresa Wicksteed.
Couples who are interested in being considered should apply through email to info@polhawnfort.com prior to 4pm on Friday the 4th of October 2019. Only couples who have had their 2019 wedding plans cancelled by Thomas Cook will be considered. The lucky couple will be selected and contacted at the earliest possible convenience.
