Working with a beautiful selection of seasonal, freshly cut flowers and foliage, you'll delve into the world of floral design under the expert tuition of Simon Nickell, one of the most revered floral designers in the UK.

Enjoy a day working with flowers, colours and textures in the beautiful surroundings of the award-winning Deer Park Country House Hotel, near Honiton in Devon. With expert guidance you'll learn how to create:
