Langdon Court: An Award Winning Wedding Venue

This stunning 16th century manor house is set in its own grounds and formal gardens, making it one of the county's favourite exclusive wedding venues within walking distance to Wembury Beach and only six miles from Plymouth city centre.
This year, Langdon Court has seen its ratings increased by professional hotel inspectors, The AA and Visit England - the industry's only official grading system that both endorse the hotel's four star rating. What's more, the restaurant boasts two AA rosettes along with a Breakfast and Silver award from Visit England. Johansen finished the year off with a award for Excellence for Weddings, Parties and Events.
In addition, Head Chef Jamie Rogers reached the Quarter Finals on this year’s series of Professional Master Chef, meaning that couples can expect restaurant quality food at their wedding directly from Langdon's talented brigade of chefs.
Other firsts this year is the gorgeous Victorian gazebo set high in the grounds overlooking the lakes and vineyard through the valley, affording spectacularly scenic views. Which means that whther you wish to Wed in-house or in the gazebo, the location set high on the cliffs overlooking the bay and ocean beyond provides the most awe-inspire backdrop to a very distinctive day.
Explore the house during their weekly Open Day (every Sunday), make an appointment, or simply pay a visit to enjoy lunch, High Tea and a browse - or simply relax in super stylish surrounds.
