NYE at Merchants Manor

Enjoy a sparkling New Year's celebration including fine food, entertainment and merriment at the magnificent Merchants Manor in Falmouth.
Once the glass is empty a sumptuous six-course meal will be delivered from the Manor's acclaimed head chef, Dale McIntosh. The dinner, which will feature the finest local ingredients, will include a delicate shellfish bisque with chive and chilli crab cake, beautiful mackerel fillets, mouth-watering Tregothnan Estate venison loin and much more. Following the feast guests can don their dancing shoes in the Manor's Ballroom.
For those wanting to simply cheer in the New Year in style there is the option to simply just join the party courtesy of entertainment in the Manor's ballroom - complete with a glass of bubbles and bacon sandwich at midnight.
After toasting in the New Year the partying will continue into the night so you can be sure to begin 2015 in style!
Guests who choose to further indulge during the season by staying in one of the Manor's beautifully appointed rooms will welcome a comfortable and refreshing night's sleep. On New Year's day guests will start the year feeling renewed with a filling breakfast in the Brasserie including freshly ground coffee, an extensive buffet of homemade pastries and granolas and a full Cornish breakfast.
