We've been rather busy here at Wed Towers in the wake of the recent and rather wonderful Wed Show, which saw in excess of 800 visitors to Newquay's Headland Hotel - some of which we have been pleased to tell the exciting news that they are prize winners from our grand giveaway. Here's the list of lucky folk:

Heather Jenkins won a wedding dress worth up to 1000 from Vu's Bridal
Caroline Cross won a wedding hair package from Number 8 Hairdressing
Alex King won a gift set from luxury skincare specialists, Kernowspa
Jess King won a 500 voucher for men's formal wear (to hire or purchase) from Little Anne Maids
Emma Keen won 500 toward bridesmaids dresses from County Cream Bridal House
Emma Nottle won an 8 hour photography package from Thomas Foreman Photography
Karen Thomas won a garter from Anna D'Souza Designs presented in a beautiful keepsake box
Margot Taylor won a silver Gucci heart toggle necklace from Michael Spiers
Tamsyn Jones won a spa day featuring two treatments (including a couple's massage) and lunch at The Headland Hotel
Lisa Ferrett won a Facial Brilliance Gift Set from Spiezia Organics
Sarah Mead won a pair of Rachel Simpson shoes from Lavender Rose

Featuring an eclectic mix of over 70 exhibitors meant that guests were greeted with everything from ice cream and fish and chip canapes to chocolate fountains, cakes, sweets and bubbly. Appetites awakened, and some magnificent musical entertainment set the tone for a fun-filled day out that saw individuals, couples and families perusing the stalls and gleaning ideas and inspiration from the industry's experts to help design the dreamiest of wedding days.

Once again, we'd like to extend our thanks to everyone involved in the show and who helped to make it such a fabulous event - from the exhibitors to the hotel's staff and of course - the brides, grooms and other guests that visited throughout the course of the day.
