The dress is hanging, awaiting its bride; the bouquet is ready, the moment is approaching. Treseren's soaring sash windows, Georgian architectural features and elegant interiors create a beautiful backdrop, a sense of anticipation and quiet contemplation pervades.
Weaving the gentle tale of a bride and groom's preparations on the morning of their wedding, the venue was the natural choice for a shoot that brings a sense of waiting, watching, preparing. "As Treseren is a new venue in waiting, 'Anticipation' felt just right as a theme for our first styled shoot," says owner Emma. "Like a couple on the morning of their big day, we are brimming with excitement about our launch. We wanted to capture the serene atmosphere Treseren offers for moments of contemplation and relaxation in the build-up to one of the most important days of a lifetime."
Bringing the outside in, the soft and romantic floral displays wind around interior arches transforming and softening the space. Creating an intimate atmosphere with a stylish table setting and sumptuous cake, the candles and golden cutlery glow against draped linen napkins and a rustic antique table.
Slowly she transforms; turns from a lady in waiting to a bride. She tends to her jewellery, tucks in her tendrils of hair and gracefully glides down the stairs to meet her groom.
As the couple weave their way along leafy pathways to the secret gardens, they pause under the beautiful arches and stunning moon arch: a dreamy spot for a ceremony, framed by the enchanting slate-hung frontage of the Georgian mine captain's house. After a lingering morning of waiting and anticipating, finally the moment has come. They are together, they are one.
