This Week in Wed World

The sun continues to shine in our little corner of wedding world, with your wedding venues lit up in the most wondrous ways. From early morning sunshine glinting on the water to that golden hour of perfect light, we have a lot to thank the weather for this week. Even when the clouds came out, it set the scene for a dramatic clifftop landscape, the sea crashing down below and the atmospheric grey skies meeting the grey-blue water on the horizon. And who can go past that absolutely stunning rain-speckled image of Charlotte and Chris kissing under an umbrella among the lanterns? 

That's what we love about wedding photography: the tiny details bringing each image to life. A clutch of colour balloons bobbing in the breeze, a horse and her dainty-legged foal wandering into the background of a shot, the dazzling fizz of a sparkler under a night sky, or explosive red poppies surrounding a couple in a field of green wilderness.

And of course, there were scenes of romance galore - of besotted grooms staring in disbelief at the beauty of their new wives, of joyous brides laughing in wide-open glee, of newly engaged couples with faces lit up by hope and excitement about spending the rest of their lives together. It's a magical time, the images caught on camera to treasure forever. Enjoy...
