Award-winning wedding caterers, The Cornish Pizza Company in St Agnes have launched a new special pizza in conjunction with their local butcher, Tony Bateman of Bateman's Quality Butchers.
The top-tasting 'Wheal Music' special features Cajun-spiced pulled pork, their own recipe BBQ sauce, Tintagel smoked cheese, mozzarella, red onion and onion marmalade, and once cooked is finished with lemon drizzled rocket. Like all the company's lip smacking pizzas, it has been named after a local tin mine from Cornwall's historic mining heritage and features a sumptuous smattering of free range and Cornish meats.
Wheal Music is just one of the company's many culinary creations that are ideal for an informal and delicious evening eating option at a very palate-pleasing wedding.
