'The Romantics Awards' were recently staged in the London Mini Shard (Newscorp) building and were voted for by previous brides, grooms and guests, affording even greater testament to the venue's soaring status and popularity as a to-die-for wedding setting.
Having hosted over 2,000 weddings, the Fort boasts a wealth of experience to help couples plan a truly unique and spellbinding wedding stay. The dedicated wedding venue is hidden away overlooking the sea on the Rame Peninsula, and offers couples a bespoke, exclusive and ultra memorable experience.
Entrance to the historic Fort is over the original drawbridge, which leads down a spiral staircase into the breathtaking, eighty-foot long, arched and vaulted hall. Ceremonies can be hosted here, or outside in the Garden House to the soundtrack of the coastal breeze and lapping waves beyond.
Weddings at the Fort are hired to the couple on an exclusive basis to include the Fort, the gardens, a private walkway to Polhawn Cove Beach and accommodation for 20 guests, which can all be enjoyed privately by the couple and their incredibly lucky guests!
