Delicious New Menus at Merchants Manor

Celebrating the start of summer in sizzling style, stunning wedding venue Merchants Manor are offering a brand new eating experience at their gorgeous waterside hotel.
Ideal for post-work drinks, a weekend treat or casual pre-wedding get-together, their fresh and fruity new summer cocktail menu and mouthwatering morsel menu (offering tasty light bites at just £3 each) are just the tantalising ticket.
Introducing the menus in signature style, the Manor is hosting a complimentary taster session on Friday June 6 between 6.30 - 9pm. The exclusive first try of some of the dishes from the new morsel menu will include perfectly cracked crackling, fried fresh whitebait with garlic mayonnaise, crispy succulent prawns with sweet chilli sauce and sumptuous sausage rolls with pickle.
To wash down the delicious bites on the taster evening the new bespoke cocktails, which have been designed exclusively by the Manor's bar team, will be available on the new Thursday and Friday summer promotion of 'two cocktails for £10'. The new menu, which will include a blend of contemporary drinks and classic favourites, will all be curated using the Manor's extensive collection of rare and quality spirits.
Lively 'Elderflower Margaritas' with Olmeca tequila and St Germain elderflower liqueur; fruity 'Berry Bellinis' with Chambord, fresh strawberries and Prosecco and an uber-refreshing 'Spring Zing' bursting with rhubarb gin, rhubarb compote, fresh ginger and ginger beer make up some of the exclusive new numbers available on the summer cocktail menu.
With a welcoming and stylish bar and lounge guests can enjoy refreshments relaxing indoors or, soaking up the summer sunshine in the Manor's beautiful, tranquil botanical garden.
